Design

Whilst most people in the UK may not have heard of Huawei, it's likely you may have come across some of their products without realising it, especially if you've used mobile broadband in the form of USB dongles. Their latest offering is a touch screen mobile phone - the Huawei U7510. Available in black or purple, at first glance the Huawei U7510 has a refined, sleek look worthy of a higher price tag.

Screen and Processor

At 2.8 inches, the U7510's screen sports a 240x320 resolution, QVGA touchscreen and offers very good clarity. The Huawei U7510 comes powered by a Qualcomm BREW 3.1 processor.

User Interface

The Huawei U7510 is made for using the mobile internet. There is a widget bar on the Home screen, which enables you to launch all your favourite websites with a single touch, so Planet 3, Favourites, Skype™, Facebook®, YouTube™, Bebo, MySpace, Twitter® and Windows Live™ Messenger are all just a click away.

On the connectivity front, the U7510 boasts Bluetooth with A2DP and also supports both GSM and HSDPA.

Camera

This mobile has two cameras; the primary one with 2 Megapixels, which should be adequate for most users' requirements, and a second on the front designed with video-calling in mind. The main camera also provides auto-focus.
